The choice of wines was our first thought, the cuisine of a territory is always paired with wines that enhance its flavors and features.

The choice fell on a wine from a small farm in Terricciola “Gimonda” for the house red wine and the “Il Gallettino” farm in Chianni for the white wine.
Our wine list consists of only Tuscan wines and the reds are divided by
province, that of Pisa is the most important as it is made up of products of
small companies, which have an important place in the Tuscan landscape. In the wine list are present the Vicerè, Marvia, Centomani, Rosso delle Miniere.
Giuseppe is ready to recommend the most suitable wine for the chosen dish.
There is no shortage of the most important labels in the Tuscan panorama, a starting with the wines of Bolgheri to those of Maremma and the Chianti.
